I love this resource! I used it to teach children roleplaying games for YEARS, I can't recommend it enough.

Played it last weekend, cannot recommend it heartily enough.

I can't ever see myself or my group ever going back to conventional rpg's again (we have been moving away from them for a longer period of time, but Intrepid was the final nail in the coffin)

I playtested this game. I thoroughly recommend it. It has a brilliant and simple conflict resolution which allows choice with an element of randomness, but without judging peoples' ideas. I have a very disparate group of players with differing agenda, and this is the one game which satisfied all of them.

Well, I have never written any review here, but I do believe I must do it for Intrepid. This game is a blast. Plain, simple, makes your imagination run wild, with clever shared narration. There is a short combat system (Showdown at the Falling Blossoms) that is a really well-thought way of boosting atmosphere, full-speed action, based on drawing cards and narrating events.

Very well written, to the point, no useless fluff. It just gives you a clear guide-line, how to frame scenes, and going crescendo, with a wide range of characters to include, clever semi-random way of unfolding plots and twists. Looks like Microscope and Wushu, by some aspects, but more straightforward. Believe me, one of the very best narrative game I have read and played for a very very long time.
