Cue up every cat joke and pun that you know and let the fur fly (sorry!). Catseye is that sort of character, one custom-made for swift repartee and banter as much as for quite devastating combat action and other deviousness.

As ever, the background write-up is a fertile field for the imaginative GM - loads of ideas for what she might get up to and how to involve her in your campaign. She's going to be a recurrent villain, she's far too good to be a one-off, one night stand. (But the write-up would have been improved if the layout folks had heard of that useful little trick, the paragraph - it's hard work to dig through such a wall of text!)

Catseye's talents include training in the martial and arcane arts as well as being a genetic quirk with feline features - to pass as normal she needs some kind of illusion spell. She works with both Crime Net and the Pentacle of Shadows, if you use either or both in your campaign, or can appear as a freelancer - one with a major grudge against law enforecement and superheroes - if preferred. Feline attributes include fur all over (hence needing illusions), honed senses and reflexes (cat-like, natch!) and razor-sharp claws.

    I'd say she'd be a purr-fect villain, but you'd probably hit me!
