If this was an early draft of someone’s house rules then I would describe it as a promising start. As a commercial product it is sadly lacking and probably unplayable in its current form.

It looks like the scan of a physical product rather than an electronic document. There is also a lot less content here than you’d expect from a 137 page PDF, due to the vast amount of white space.

As per the product description, you get a summary of the Cthulhu mythos and the Fate Core rules. You also get the stats for 20 monsters and a dozen NPCs, and rules for the Cthulhu Mythos skill, some Unnatural Powers and insanity rules.

Cover / acknowledgements / contents: 4 pages (contents page is hyperlinked); Setting: 27 pages; Mythos Sites: 5.5 pages (12 sites); Dreamlands: 4.5 pages (11 sites); Monsters: 26 pages (20 monsters); Fate Core Rules: 43 pages; Running the Game: 7 pages; Creating Adventures: 20 pages (including example scenario).

I also didn’t like the way some of the wording is taken directly from the works of H.P. Lovecraft without attribution.
