The beginning was kind of sudden. It's probably worth role playing out the villagers concern Benedek and Sari and having them motivate the characters to go out looking for them. Sari is an interesting NPC but the business with the gloves never seemed to make sense to me. The encounters in the Glumpen swamp were entertaining. They required creativity and cooperation from the characters to resolve. It was almost a D&D version of the leaders reaction course. Sneaking into the excavation camp and convincing the orcs to rebel worked well for my players. The Nagas were fun and the final boss fight was great with cool final role playing.
