Sorry, for me the art just didn't work. It looks ok in the preview, but when enlarged you see that the style is such that it simply looks too basic for use in print or even larger than 400 pixels on a website or in an app.

Great set of 9 images with attached license. Perfect for player characters.

As the previous reviewer mentioned the artwork is great but the tattoos just don't work. Some of the tattoos are to subtle to comment on but 3 are just downright unusable. All 3 (the knight in red (the symbol on his shirt), the girl in the viking helmet (the tattoos across her face, body, arms and shoulder) and the guy staring into a crystal ball) are not workable. The first two appear to be flat images on a curved surface. No visible attempt was made to make them flow across a rounded shoulder, for example. The last one has a forehead tattoo perfectly up and down while his head is at an angle.

Despite these 3, the remaining 6 are well worth the price.

The price is right on this collection of 9 pieces of fantasy portrait art. The artwork is good and I can see myself using this in one of my publications.

The license included is not terribly restrictive and allows for easy use.

The one criticism I have (that's keeping this at four stars and not five) is the application of the tattoos on the individual portraits. In many cases they don't appear to be organic, fitting the forms of the characters but more of a 2d line drawing applied over the artwork.

These portraits will be fine for beefing up inside art in your work or using them to illustrate a campaign or character.
